Who we are
Mind Fable is the trading name of Mihai Caragea, self-employed (autónomo) in Spain, NIF Z4001201B, [address]. You can reach us at [email protected]. For the personal data described below, Mihai Caragea is the data controller.
What we collect
This website sets no cookies by default and uses no trackers. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us — by email, WhatsApp or Telegram: typically your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your project. If you use the instant estimate tool, the project description you type (and your website address, if you add one) is sent to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to generate the estimate — we do not store it. The tool is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data as described in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
If you accept cookies in the notice shown on the site, two measurement services are enabled: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd), which measures how the site is used, and the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd), which tells us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads brought you here and lets us show ads to people who have already visited. Both set cookies, and both run only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser — the notice will then appear again.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use that information to reply to you, prepare a quote and deliver the work you ask for — pre-contractual steps and contract performance under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us under Art. 6(1)(f).
Who else sees it
Nobody, beyond the services that carry the messages: our email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) or Telegram if you contact us there — each under its own privacy policy. We never sell personal data or use it to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation or project is live, and afterwards only as long as tax and contract law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
